Exchange Policy
If the shoe does not fit, return it to us in original condition ( not worn, not washed and not changed in any way) and we will gladly give you a different pair of the same value but do note that our exchange policy is only applicable for purchases within 15 days upon purchased date. You may exchange the item to a different style / different size. Postage to return the item back to us is to be born by you.
What we can do now to reduce the risks of wrong sizing :-
1. Measure the length of your feet ( in inches / cm)
2. Measure the widest width of your feet
